Maybe it would be easier to look for the images that match what you want and then set them as backgrounds? Images matching your description should be relatively easy to find - templates less so....
image search on google is likely to be your friend!|||You might want to try going to http://office.microsoft.com and looking through the user-submitted templates. There are some I've seen for PP that are quite nice, and somewhat close to what you're searching for, if I recall correctly.
